Kate Taylor is an independent writer and programmer in Manchester, England. Her previous roles include director of Abandon Normal Devices, Festival of new cinema and digital culture in Liverpool in 2009 and six years as director of the London short film festival. As a former editor of the Northern film Network, it supported the new cinema talent from northwest England. Kate is a regular contributor to the magazine Electric Sheep
